Whisler Land Company Goals

The primary goal of Whisler Land Company is to increase growth of the company while incorporating the following:

To provide quality services to all persons associated with Whisler Land Company
To promote good tenancy and positive tenant relations
To provide quality services to owners/investors
To provide quality service to all clientele while operating within the guidelines of the California Department of Real Estate and Fair Housing
To maintain the ethics and standards outlined by the National Association of Residential Property Managers® (NARPM), National Association of Realtors®, California Association of Realtors®, And Sacramento Association of Realtors®
To associate with and use only competent workmen
To maintain a positive work environment for the Whisler personnel and to encourage personal growth
To continually promote education for all Whisler personnel

Owns and manages Whisler Land Company Property Management. Robert has owned and managed investment property in Midtown Sacramento for over 30 years.
Born and raised in Sacramento, he currently lives in the Midtown area.
Is an active member of several neighborhood groups including Winn Park Capitol Avenue Neighborhood Association and the Neighborhood Association Advisory Group.
Has been very active in the Optimist Club for many years and has served as past president of the local club.
Holds memberships in professional organizations including National Association Of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Rental Housing Association. He has achieved NARPM’s RMP® and MPM® designations, is past president of the local NARPM Chapter, and is extremely active at the national level of NARPM. Robert is also a member of the Sacramento Realtors Association, California Association of Realtors, California Apartment Association, and the National Association of Realtors.
Holds a B.S. degree from Sacramento State University.

Broker of Record for Whisler Land Company Property Management. Mark has been providing real estate services to clients in the Midtown area since 1975. He has owned and managed property in Midtown since 1995.
Has lived and worked in the downtown area of Sacramento for over 20 years.
Mark is Past President and Member of the Board of Sacramento Old City Association , was a Board Member of both Midtown and River City Business Associations, was a Commissioner of Sacramento Human Rights and Fair Housing Commission, is a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, is a member of National Association of Residential Property Managers and holds the RPM® designation, is on the Board of Directors of the Rental Housing Association Of Sacramento Valley, is a member of Winn Park Capitol Avenue Neighborhood Association, McKinley Elvas Neighborhood Association, and the East Sacramento Improvement Association. Mark is also a representative of the Government Relations Committee.
Holds a BA degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley where he graduated with honors in 1975. Has also studied at the University of Guadalajara, University of Sweden and University of California San Diego. Mark also has run a state-licensed school in tax law.
