When you move into one of our properties, you will appreciate the care we take in preparing our properties for you. We hire top-notch tradesman (painters, contractors, plumbers, carpet cleaners, window covering cleaners, and general cleaners) to make sure your rental unit is in top condition. We thoroughly inspect the available unit to ensure that the all the work has been completed satisfactorily. Your new home will be clean and ready for you to move in.
- We have working relationships with many contractors, painters, electricians, gardeners, and handymen. They will help with your maintenance needs should you ever have problems. We have a 24 hour paging system in case of emergencies.
- We make it easy for you to pay your rent. We provide you with self addressed envelopes for mailing your rent to us, and we stay open until 6:00 p.m. if you want to bring your rent into the office. We also have a 24 hour drop slot.
- We are available during both the move-in and move-out inspections. We will answer questions and help prevent any misunderstandings or conflicts regarding your security deposit.
- We are true professionals when it comes to handling tenant problems. We have been in business in this area for 35 years. We belong to both the National Association of Residential Property Managers and Rental Housing Association of Sacramento Valley. We can help you through most any tenancy problem.
